To Ken H. et.al.,
Thanks for the info on the modulator/governor modifications. I have turned the adjustment screw in 1/2 turn for now on the modulator, just to see what happens. Modifying the governor sounds intriguing, but more than I want to get into now with my limited facilities. Perhaps this would be an item for one of the Jim's to come up with.
