I cannot get your fan presentation form the GMCMI web page

The requested URL
/mem-bers/TechHandouts/Engine_Cooling_System_Basics_-_Steve_Ferguson.pdf was
not found on this server

and

what is the final answer on removing the rubber bushings and installing the
offset bushings? I want to up date my web page
