I was travelling down to Williamsburg, Virginia a couple of weeks ago for a holiday and on the way I swung by Leigh Harrisons place to pick up some parts .

Leigh kindly took an hour out of his busy day to chat with me about GMC Motorhomes and showed me around his place explaining all the various engine, braking and suspension etc. upgrades he had invented for GMC's over the years.

He has such a fertile and active mind, a true dynamo of energy, I get the impression he has forgotten more about these motorhomes than most will ever know!

Great old fellow, I will definately be back to see him again in the future.

Wayne

Wayne-
You are spot on about Leigh Harrison. I drove up there and parked in
his driveway while I installed rear disk brakes and then had his
mechanic install new knuckles, hubs, ball joints, rotors, calipers,
sensitizer, master cylinder and vacuum pump. There were four other
GMC's there and he worked only on mine until it was completed. In the
meantime, he loaned me one of his cars to use while my coach was on
blocks.
Very nice guy and big time clever.
