I have a set of six Alcoa wheels, complete with center caps, lug nuts and covers. Tires mounted on them are Michelin XPS i6'.
All tires are date coded in late 2004 (weeks 39, 41, and 43).
$275.00 per wheel, or $1500, takes all six.

As the ex owner of Mitch's coach, I can tell you that the tires and wheels have maybe 3000 miles on them total. They sat, along with the coach, under a carport roof on concrete for their entire life.
