I spoke with Emery the afternoon before last. He sounded good! The surgeon said the surgery went "extremely well" which makes me extremely happy. He'll be in in recovery for another week or two, then home.
There would have been exactly zero chance of me buying a GMC Motorhome without having found this forum and its participants first. People like Emery.
Prior to buying my Birchaven I was a total auto mechanics newbie - I had never even changed oil or a spark plug. When I saw the incredible support by the GMC community on this forum, the sheer number of people on the GMC Assist Black List and the generosity of people sharing their time and knowledge, I knew I wouldn't be doing it alone.
I owe you all a debt of gratitude, and probably Emery most of all.
Thank you!
Richard
