Gentlemen,
I plugged my WUD USB connection into my new laptop and my old lap top. Neither recognized the vehicle computer. The WUD screen appears in both laptops, it just is not communicating with the vehicle computer.
I am checking to find if I need a driver for the program or perhaps I have a less then adequate connection somewhere?
I was looking for any computer connection/setup instructions. I can not find any information other than the installation instructions.
