Good evening Gentleman,

When flushing the condenser and evaporator, do I need to remove an expansion valve? I flushed the complete system, Installed a new accumulator/dryer and drained the Sandin air compressor, but could not find such a valve .

If need be, I would like to replace the expansion valve before I install the new PAG oil and refrigerant.

What are thoughts on if there was any harm done to the existing expansion valve or if I need to get a new one?

Thanks in advance,
Tom K.
