It was talked about in mid October on one of the FB Groups (GMC Cascaders).

The series was filmed in/around Greater Victoria, BC - I'm pretty sure I know where the GMC was before being used in the show. I've not watched the show - but did post a couple of screen caps last month:

1) From the Maid:

2) The GMC from Google Street View (May 2018):

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yes1lx6t6Bg9eY5pk69YTotFlVFWoxKj/view?usp=sharing

Roof equipment has changed since then, but the cockpit stripes are VERY similar... As soon as I saw it in the show, I thought I recognized it. But, maybe not?

One of the Cascaders mentioned it was going to be for sale after the show is done: $40K CAD!

I know where it is Rob, not too far from where you showed on Metchosin Rd. a bit further along past downtown Metchosin halfway to the prison.

Roof air, Mirrors changed maybe yes.
I don't do FB and never will. So I'd never see those picts.

Anyhow "Maid" is a good series.

Based on a true story, and how some people really need The Government to help give them the boots so that they may pull themself up.
Andy MacDowell plays a great part as a crazy mom. Her real life daughter plays her daughter.
