Never heard of 'em.
Okay, I looked them up. They are a run flat system. Possibly a good investment, but it looks like they are pretty expensive. What price do you put on safety? They should help in the event of a road hazard blow-out.
It might be better to just pay closer attention to your tires and make sure you replace them before they start to go bad.

it is those inserts that go inside the tire and will make a flat tire less flat.
most people I know who own a gmc have a hard time buying new tires among everything else a GMC needs, much less spending money on this....

I would also doubt they have a 16" version yet? seems more for larger vehicles.
