Sorry, I misunderstood your question. If you do not have a USB on your EBL, then you should have a telephone cable from the EBL to a Serial connector. If you have this cabling, then you need a Serial to USB connector. If you do not have the telephone cable connector (RJ46) to Serial connector which you should have received with your EBL system, then you should contact where you got your EBL system from to get the necessary connector. Make sure you use a 4-wire telephone cable.
If your EBL box does not have a telephone port (RJ46) then you have a system manufactured sometime after 2018. With this system, there should be a cable that has pins for 3 wires to attach to the data cable connectors (Blue) on the back of the EBL box. This cable has an Audio type connector that should have a USB connector on the other end. If you don't have these cables then contact your supplier.
