Here is a picture of my first trial fit after cutting out all the holes. I think it's gonna work.

It is very nice and great to have everything in the dash!

Keep up the great work, I am looking forward to the final results.

Take care,
Tom K.

As I have posted several times in the past
the proper way to post URLs is to enclose
them in parentheses ( ) and hit return to
then cause underlining of the enclosed URL
to keep it all together.

That is .125" aluminum. It is screwed to a 1 x 1 x 14 gauge steel tubing framework behind it. The top cover for the dash will be foam/fiberglass with vinyl padding over it. I am completely redoing the air conditioning ducting once it leaves the airbox as well as using late model Jeep a/c controls. The aluminum dash will be overlayed with a faux carbon fiber vinyl wrap product once fabrication is complete. Here is another picture with some of the gauges mocked up in it. The factory gauges are held in with fabricated aluminum semi circular clamps on the reverse side. I have to order my Autometer gauges to fill in most of the holes. I already have my double din touch screen stereo with Bluetooth and back up camera, which will be switchable so that I can turn it on whenever I wish. The smaller rectangular opening on the right is for the A/C control panel. The rectangular plastic pieces on each side of the column hole are for Carling switches that I got from Rocker Switch Pros. You can have the switch actuators custom engraved with anything you wish. Depending upon the switch body you select, they will have independent lights that light up the writing at the top of the switch, for example, when the coach's lights are on, and dependent lights that will light up the bottom of the switch when the switch is in the on position.

I'm sorry guys. I used the instructions from the sticky "Best Way Ever to Embed Pictures in the Forum". The pictures show up fine in the forum on my end. If someone can tell me what I am doing wrong, I will be glad to try and fix it.

Here are a couple of pictures showing progress as of late. I apologize in advance for those of you who can't see the pictures. I am using the instructions in the sticky at the first of the forum. If there is a better way, please tell me.

The forum is a poor way to share pictures. You should be using the photo site for your pictures. It has 53,300+ photos that have been viewed more than 45,875,400+ times! We have kept these pictures safe for many years.

You need to go here:

They are all on the photo site. I was merely posting the pictures per the instructions on the sticky so folks wouldn't have to go to the photo site. I guess it's just one more click...

Greg, If you'll just edit off the prefixes before "http..." and the
suffixes after "...jpg", the links will work.
