I replaced the blower motor and was surprised to find it's a generic part available at many local parts stores but is the cooling hose also commonly available? Mine was rotted away and I no longer have it to try and match to something else.

Lots of variants of that hose were used for decades on GM vehicles. What you really need is the motor end with that molded flange. They were all the same, The lengths and bends of rubber varied by car series. I suggest the junk yard and perhaps cutting and joining with some tube couplers if it needs adjustment to fit.
