Ken,

On the only coach of that period I have had experience with, it was behind the water tank (Right Rear corned) under the bed and accessed through a too small opening. One I know of, if you peel back the cushions, there was a panel that could lift out, but I didn't have to work on that one.

Depends on your floorplan

Not sure of floorplan names, our is wet bath with rear facing seats that convert to bed.

the terms like Palm Beach, or Elaganza only describe the décor not the floor plan. If you have a GM floor plan (which an Elaganza is) the water pump was installed behind the water tank which should be under the seat in the very back of the passenger side of the coach unless some Previous Owner moved it. The 78 I used to have had it installed on a plate that was obviously installed in the factory.

Thanks Tom, I'll have a look back there today. I guess I need to figure out how to unblock the seat assembly, that wasn't obvious last I looked.

The bench front is fastened with velcro. Take it off and there is an access panel at the rear to get at the water pump.
