There's a threaded hold in the intake manifold, passenger side rear.
Can't find any vacuum routing line for it.
I'd imagine if it's for a vacuum line, some sort of threaded adapter or nipple is needed.

Without a picture I am just guessing. The only thing I remember back there is the heater hose connection.
