Just left the propane store. He says the tank will not take any propane. Is it my fill valve or ????

I would take to another propane shop for a 2nd try and opinion. I would think they would know how to fix it if it was stuck.

After a bit more research, I find that my propane usage since Labor Day probably has been NOT much. I only use it for the refrigerator and the occasional grilled cheese sandwich. Other forums, where this issue has come up, point the way to the fact that I was probably overfilled previously (yes, experienced propane facility, one I use all the time). I am going to take a little trip to New Orleans next week. If I run out it will be no big deal, and will disprove that theory. Thanks.

Larry,
You are probably 100% right. Maybe it can’t accept any more propane because it could be at its max.
Just as a example, I use about 5 gallons(pounds?) a year. That is Glamping(full hook ups) about 100 days a year. With a tankless water heater with 2 people taking extra long showers each day. And propane for the fridge while traveling. No propane stove or cooktop.
These things really don’t burn much.
Have fun in New Orleans! We will be passing through there later on in April.

When you open the small bleeder valve, one can always put in some LPG.
Never use a steel object as it can cause a spark. Use a brass or Aluminum
rod and strike the ball in the nossel and loosen the stuck ball, or take a
large screwdriver handle and strike it hard few times to break the ball
loose.
