Jim is extremely kind/generous with his time, and help. Most of us pay nothing for long distant calls to him on our cell phones. I've always been VERY grateful for his time. It's a small thing. But. I always call him on his 510-742-1101. It's in all his ads. Why should we cost him money to give us FREE information? Jim, and Grace have been so kind to the entire GMC committee. Over many years. Please show them a little gratitude back. Air filters are their bread/butter. WE ARE NOT.
