Evening All,
I said I would report after I was to install my offset bushings correctly, I thought. I pulled off the right one first and found the offset bushing was in correctly. I didn't realize there were slotted mount holes and cam bolts and washers in place. On the right I found the rear cams had the offset bushing pulled inward and the front one ALSO, so there goes about any caster gained being killed by the front being pulled in. The left side had the same setup with the front being in the neutral, or center, position instead. I set the front right one like the left. I know there is a camber issue here too. The drive did considerably better but I wonder if I should be using the cam on the front and pull the stock front bushings, hole in center, to the outside to gain more caster, I know it is not as much as the offset bushings create but just a little more or is what I have the desirable setup. It's not hard to adjust once the wheel is off even just to experiment. I have read on other vehicles the TOOOOOO much caster will cause undo strain on steering components. What say ye?
