Ray,
Both this and the OE 27SI are J180 hinge mounts, so that much might bolt on and it is a remote sense for the regulator so that is good.
The two issues that bother me are:
I could not find my dimensioned drawings of the 27SI to compare, but the front offset might be different so it might be a trick line the belt up.
It does not seem to have the tapped hole that is part of the adjustment retention in our installation.
If you are doing this because there is no 27SI available, look around a little more. Both the 27SI 80& 100s were produced in massive quantities but don't buy a 27SI 200, because those are a different frame.
If you are doing this to get better charging, be ready to be disappointed. The problem is not the alternator capability, but the system can't manage the load so the voltage drop in the wiring comes to be the limiting factor. My 80amp will (given the right conditions) top out short term at 96~98 amps, but the single belt would smoke. The big difference is that my coach is a 23 with the house bank in the right front.

I just happened to see it and was curious. I have a perfectly good military grade 27si with an isolated ground and a spare. It kust looked very similar.Sent from my U.S.Cellular© Smartphone

Could a local rebuilder bring a 27si up to military specs? And what what would be the difference between the two?

We had a couple of pickups which GM had modified to 24 volts using the isolated ground alternator in my unit. Really scary kludge which never worked very well. They ought to work just fine in a 12V system though.

One difference is there's an isolated ground terminal. Sent from my U.S.Cellular© Smartphone
