The two issues that bother me are:I could not find my dimensioned drawings of the 27SI to compare, but the front offset might be different so it might be a trick line the belt up. It does not seem to have the tapped hole that is part of the adjustment retention in our installation. If you are doing this because there is no 27SI available, look around a little more. Both the 27SI 80& 100s were produced in massive quantities butdon't buy a 27SI 200, because those are a different frame. If you are doing this to get better charging, be ready to be disappointed. The problem is not the alternator capability, but the system can't managethe load so the voltage drop in the wiring comes to be the limiting factor. My 80amp will (given the right conditions) top out short term at 96~98amps, but the single belt would smoke.
