Can I steel the parts information from someone with regard to the Height Control Valve Link Assembly? I am looking to fab one using rod ends, jamb nuts and a long hex fittings. I sure many have already constructed this many times in the past.

Thanks all and take care,
Tom

Tom,

Until a couple of years ago, I was the 2nd source for adjustable ride
height links. Mine were made using off-the-shelf parts from Midwest
Control Products https://midwestcontrol.com/shop/ Here's the list of parts:

ES250-1 Right threaded ball joint with 1" mounting stud
ESL250 Left threaded ball joint
TR2500-4.000 1/4"x4" Jack Screw
1/4-28 Jam Nut RH
1/4-28 Jam Nut LH
1/4-28 Nut

The first two items are the ball joints. The "-1" means the mounting stud
is longer, to reach through the suspension arm -- they're usually out of
stock, causing a delay.

The 1/4-28 nut is epoxied at the center of the TR2500-4.00 jack screw (L&R
threaded rod) to provide easy adjustability.

An OEM link is what I used to adjust the delivered length of the links --
just adjust the jack screw until the ball joint mounting studs drop into
the end holes of the OEM link.

This is not as nice a setup as Dave Lenzi's SS ones, but should be
considerably cheaper. BUT, ordering onesy-twosies of any hardware results
in MUCH higher costs than the quantity buys I made.

I passed all of this information to Jim Kanomata for him to assume
production; I don't know whether he ever made any.

I don't know if Dave's still making them so you'll have to check with him:
