THis was a FB ad. I reached out to the seller and we got to talking and he needs some help. His dad passed a few years ago. He apparently did a lot of work but left a lot unfinished so tis might be a real gem or it might be a train wreck but without someone looking at what was done we can't tell from the photos.
He started at $5K and dropped it to $3500 in a week. That just makes people think he's desperate and the coach is junk
I told him to put the price back and i would try to get him some help.
I think his desperation is more about stress and grief than it is economic but he is paying for storage.
