Hello gang,

One of these days I'll figure out how to post a photo in here. The work I've done is pretty extensive starting from a gutted coach. I'm soon going to have to change my signature from "gutted" to "getting there".

Anyway, I'm now on to panelling the walls. I've seen some posts regarding products used for around the window frames. Trim-Lok seems to be a popular choice but it's difficult to acquire up here in the great white north - and expensive. I don't mind spending the bucks if the product is exactly what I want but I'm unsure of the sizing and fitment as I don't have the factory stuff to compare too.

So question #1. Did the original trim fit inside the window channel, or just around the wall material? This will affect the grip width size I need to order.

Question #2. Disregarding grip width; do we know of any products that have a similar leg length? Most I see are around 1/2" and it looks like factory is closer to 1". I feel like 1/2" might not look quite right.

Oh, and to get extra picky, the wife wants white trim. Confused I could paint if need be.

Thanks in advance as always!

Stay safe.

Shawn
