Working on a 73. Installing new airlines for microlevel.

Airlines run along the inside frame on driver side. The driver side lines cross over frame to feed drivers bag. But the passenger side airlines go above driver side frame with drivers air lines but kinda disappear. They come out on passengerside.

I cant see them on inside of passenger side frame yet.

Do they go inside the coach?? Or run on top if cross member?? This 73 has little space between frame and body. And some damn PO sprayfoamed
The black tank. So it might be in foam, but i have been digging and not finding.

Trying to pull them out so i can install the new one with harness. But passenger side i can’t pull out or find the path that crosses over frame.

Jon,

They are not inside the coach.

The bundle goes back to the area of the left bogie bracket. There is a T there for system air and the line from the ride height valve and the one to the airspring go across the frame to the left.

And I am having trouble remembering because I don't remember which way I was facing while lying under the coach, but I seem to remember them as being on top of the transverse frame between the bogie brackets. They were not part of my problem at that time.

Remember too that this was a late 73-23, so it might not be the same but they were not inside the coach construction.

Matt

If your body pads are missing or just squished flat it might be possible
that the air lines could be pinched between the body and frame.
