I had to replace my fresh water tank due to a “large collection” of cracks in multiple places. I put in an after market 33 gallon tank (www.classacustoms.com, mode T-3300) which fits nice and tight. The difference for the water level sensor is that it either has 4 small sensors added to one end or a top mounted float.
I would like recommendations on which would be a good level sensor to use with the current gauge or which sensor and gauge to use to completely replace the stock system.

Right now, I am using the old fashion visual system of lift the lid and look to see how much water is there.

Go to our web site as you will have few selection .
There is one Jim Bounds prefer to use with the one you have on your tank.
It is the Monitor Panel.
We use a black plastic to over lap the original opening and mount the panel
on it.

And for the scientific / engineering types among us - take a look at this:

A very clever implementation of a differential pressure manomemter.

Finally, a good way to gauge the aluminum holding tanks in the Stretch. Most of the others won't work, & I have been reluctant to cut a hole and put in a float. We have been going on the "If we are low on water it is time to Dump" gauge. Thanks for the link.
