Any Engineers out there know if there is a break in procedure for our transmission? I have filled with fluid Three gallons ( I have a remote cooler) ran through the gears 1st 2nd and 3rd while in park, went forward and backward in each gear for about 10 feet and rechecked the oil. Is there any other thing we should do with a new transmission?

Yes, Drive it for a short while to warm up and park it for 1/2 half hour or so to let any air bubbles settle out. After that, just drive it normally. Most places do not wait for 1/2 hour and just drive it. There is suppose to be an anti-foam agent in new fluid to prevent foaming.
3 gallons might be a little too much so as soon as it is warm, check the fluid levels. If you do not trust your dipstick calibration, run the coach until the fluid is hot or very warm, shut it off and immediately pull the modulator. The fluid should be full to the bottom of the hole.

Just drive it normal and you need not wory about the break in.
