reach out to the local club. Hopefully there is someone that can help or walk you through what to look for.
That is a long distance to go to get a coach. most are not as advertised, but you will find that locally too.
a quick look at the dash and under the passenger side front hatch usually tells you alot of what you might be in for.

i am not much help. does not list any blacklist owners in Deleware.

would be the club, so maybe email them....
The basics of a GMC, is originality and care. A sitting GMC tends to have issues. One that is maintaned and driven has less.
not sure what you are looking at, or price range. if it has 16" aluminum rims, a ragusa step. i start to get excited. if it has old 16" steel and missing some hub caps, then the rest better be nice. if the dash has a bunch of unmarked switches and things they are not sure what they do.... that puts up red flags. If they start it with a squirt bottle of gas shot down the carb... that tends to scare me away.
And not for GMC, but for any car, if it has nice tires on it, and they match. That is a good sign.
