You can visit
http://list.gmcnet.org/mailman/options/gmclist_list.gmcnet.org to login
to the account settings for yourself. The first section will allow you
to change your email address.

If by chance you don't know what the password is to access your account,
then there is a button at the bottom of the page that will email you the
password so that you can login.
