I have not moved my 1973 GMC for 4 years and on start up it would not move forward or reverse. After a few minutes it moved but would not climb over a lip of concrete about 2 inches high. Eventually it climbed with a run up. The trans oil is at correct level. Any ideas on what the problem may be?
