But how can that happen? If that oil is millions of years old. Engine oil dditives have a 6-year shelf life. At most. If keep unopened. And kept at a constant temp. It turns into a base stock oil. With NO additives. I'd never use it for a full oil change. But could be used on that trip back home. If oil is needed.
