I've always put the pads on. With the chirper up ahead of the pads. As to rotation. I just found some pads that had the chirpers well in contact. With the rotors. Thus. They should have been chirping away. But not. I've never had any chirper go off on anything I drive. Because I never let my pads get to that point. Any thoughts on this? YES, YES. Another thing that I get annul about. SORRY.
