My resistance wire that grounds my dash, goes along behind the glove box and
disappears into the fiberglass area on the passenger side, below the slide
window and into the area that houses the ash tray . Can anyone tell me where
that actually terminates? Want to make sure I don't disconnect that in my
endeavors.

TIA.

That is probbably not a resistance wire if it grounds the dash. If the wire you are asking about is connected to the plate that all of the dash instruments are mounted on, then the other end of that wire terminates at the aluminum plate up front on the passenger side that the isolator is mounted on.
