As the title suggests I am replacing my BMC. The bolts holding it on to the booster were a pain the @&% but with the usual combination of penetrating oil, hitting with a punch, heating, tightening and loosening, I finally freed them up.
Now I have the brake line fittings freed up from the BMC, but of course the lines are twisting with the fittings. Ive given the same treatment as above to no avail. My thought was to cut them off and reflare the lines in place as there should be plenty of room with the BMC removed. There is extra line due to the coiling beside the BMC that I'm confident i could manipulate to free up the extra inch or so i would need. Any advice or thoughts on this before I proceed with my plan?
Thanks and stay safe out there.

Thanks guys. I was too impatient to wait for a response so i just cut it off...anyway. All is well, flared the line, reshaped it a bit and all is well. No leaks.
Word to the wise....after you bleed the brakes don't test the pedal with out drums on the brakes...
