While looking over Applied GMC's new website for a new roof ac I couldn't help but notice that "CALL FOR SPECIAL DELIVERED PRICE our Price: $100,000,000.00". Also furnaces are $10,000,000.00. They must really be special for those prices. Smile Refrigerators are also ten million dollars.

Well, with all that JimK gives away for free, he has to cover the cost somewhere, and at that price, he only has to sell one..Wink

Probably just a place holder till site is complete. If he put in $1 as a placeholder might be bound to sell as advertised

I didn't see the toilet before and yes, compared to the air conditioner, it is a bargain at a mere one hundred thousand dollars.

I just purchased the air conditioner, heat strip and interior control
panel. I am happy to report that I saved not only in parts but shipping as
well from the GREAT JIM K.
He beat PPL and other google searches by a $100.

Jim.
I was in a joking mood when I spotted those prices on your site. I brought it up here only because I know you have a sense of humor and hopefully would not be offended. I think most of us know to call for best price. Thanks for what you do for us.

When I bought wheels some years ago, Nick noted they ship cheaper to a business than home. Our office manager was surprised when six wheels showed up in the receiving closet. Saved me 30 bucks.

We know that GMC MH people are paying for the parts out of their own
pocket, so we take personal action and do the best we can to help out.
We have too many parts that we handle and very few we do not handle.
