During the drive home from our January camping trip, I noticed that there was a soft "squeek" sound when I released the brake pedal. The sound appeared to be coming from the brake pedal area inside the cockpit, not outside at any of the wheels. Could this be just a lubrication issue with the linkage, or is it a message from the booster or master cylinder that they should be replaced? The brakes appear to be functioning normally.

A little background info: I replaced the rear brakes in the fall of 2016, including wheel cylinders, shoes, spring kits, lines. I replaced the front brakes in the spring of 2017, including calipers, pads, flexible lines. I've also replaced the proportioning valve. I have not replaced the booster or the master cylinder, yet. The records show that the master cylinder was replaced in July of 2009. I do not see any record of the booster being replaced. I have a '78 so reaching the nuts on the booster might be a challenge.

I did not get to look at it after the trip because we had to empty the coach and put it away. I will have it home Saturday to look into it, along with a punch list of other issues I need to work on.

Thanks for the help.
