I am not sure the above statements are true for Energy Suspension bushings. These things unlike rubber ones, are nearly solid and I am not sure that they can be pressed in without splitting them. I have pressed in Energy Suspension control arm bushings which are straight, but these shock bushings are tapered in the middle. You might want to read the installation instructions or call Energy Suspension and ask.

Does anyone have photos or a link to the correct bushings? I'm confused a to why the write-up calls for "2 halves" on each end of the rear shocks. When I ordered the Energy Suspension part number that was referenced a got a box that had what appear to be two whole bushings in it. As Ken said they are tapered in the middle. I'm not sure they're the right fit, as the shock bushing eye is straight if not wider towards the middle.

I believe Jimmy the K warrants Builstein that way. KYB does anyway. Ask him.
