Anyone have a front rotor blue print or the specs for the front rotor that they can share? Looking for all the usual like back spacing, bolt pattern, ID of the hat, OD of the hat , hub center etc....

I don't want to buy a rotor just to measure it.

Thanks

Rich,
Save yourself some time and effort. The rotors share the same dimensions as the TORONADO of the same vintage. The only differences are the bolthole qty and spacing, as well as the Center hole dimensions. You can rework the toro rotor to fit by altering the above mentioned items.

The following link provides some info in both front & rear disk mods.

The info also applies to rear drums, of which the Toronado drums can be reworked to fit using the same data.

Not unless you go to larger wheel diameter. Or to something like the 1-Ton
which has long extenders to move wheels outboard. That existing upgrade
probably makes more sense than another "roll your own". Unless that's just
what you enjoy. If design & construction like that is really "your thing",
then why not work on eliminating the 1-Ton's shortcomings -- camber change
with vertical motion. New upper control arm mounts and perhaps arms would
be a popular mod.

Installing larger dia rotors on the factory knuckle would be a technical feat. The limiting factor is the caliper mount which would need to be relocated to accomodate the larger rotors. I don’t see any possible way of doing this without major cost and rework. It would be wiser and cheaper to just incorporate the 1-ton upgrade as it gives bigger brakes as well as an easier to service wheel bearing system.
