Searched the sight and couldn't find what I'm looking for, so I apologize if this has been covered. Looking for recommendations for a reasonable priced backup camera, prefer wireless, any input or direction will be appreciated. Thanx

I used a Yada (from Costco):

http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/g6755-26quot-3byada-backup-camera-with-5-26quot-3b-dash-monitor-26quot-3b.html

It is adequate and inexpensive. Really the only thing I can complain about is the super wide angle of the camera, but as strictly a back-up camera, which it is meant to be, that is what you want. I wired the power to a switch in the dash and use it as a rear-view camera, which it is not ideal for.

Just bought a Haloview MC7108 which gets great reviews and has a few good YouTube videos: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GKXPKRS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I also purchased a mount that will allow me to use the 7" monitor in place of the rear view mirror: https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories_and_Parts/Rear_View_Safety_Inc/RVS-619UM.html.

The next big task is to figure out the best mounting location for the camera and how to disassemble the minimum amount of the interior in order to fish the wire to a power source. If anyone has any recommendations/photos/writeups, please let me/us know!

Is that the same unit I have (RV 760 LMT)? How does it communicate with a BC 20 camera?

The garmin rv 760 w/ bc20 bu camera is the older unit. I also have
a newer garmin rv 770 that has a bc30 backup camera. Both work great.

That's the same as I have. I ran the power from the power plug in the rear cabinet.

My camera is wireless but I'm sure I'll have a need for an extra wire at some point. Thanks! BTW I was able to remove the inner cap to see the inside area above the window. Cabinets had to be removed, blinds removed, pop rivets drilled out, but it wasn't all that bad.
