If you have not replaced ALL the fuel and vapor lines you must.

Replace the carb filter before doing anything else. Look to see if there are any other filters in line. If found disconnect them and see if you can blow air through then with your mouth. If, not then replace them too.
Lot of things like fuel pump, cracked or hose, but the filter(s) are the easiest and cheapest ones to try first.
Make sure that you loosen or remove the carb mounting bolts so you can move the carb around a little when trying to start the gas line threads back into the filter housing. Make sure you insert the new filter in the housing the correct direction. The hole in the filter goes towards the gas line.
When you tighten the carb bolts, only lightly snug them down. I do not remember the torque on them but is isn't much. If you over tighten them you will warp the carb.

It's either fuel or spark.
Squirt some fuel down into the carb, just an little squirt. See if it fires up. If it does, the problem is fuel delivery. If it doesn't, it could be spark.
Pull a plug wire and check for spark.

Its running I replace the carb filter but the old one looked new then I notice a broken vacuum line on the front bottom left of the carb body . Fixed that turn on the ignition and I could hear gas flow into the bowls she started right up . Since the bowls were filled with out the engine turning over I'm guessing the PO put in an electric fuel pump. Thanks again everyone for responding

Take the old filter and try to blow air through it with your mouth. If you can not move air freely then it is plugged. You can also remove one or both of the end caps and see what is caught inside.
Carry an extra fuel filter with you.
