As I finally get around to finishing up details on our 78 EII, I'm working on the new exhaust fan in the bathroom. I purchased a Maxxair 00-05100K model and have it installed and all caulked in place and now that I hook up the wiring, I find it doesn't work! I've checked power and ground and no issues there. And if I ohm the fan, I get a reasonable number for a DC fan (can't remember the value right now) so there is a complete circuit.

I want to get to the backside of the controls to troubleshoot but don't see how to access them. Does anyone know how it comes apart?
