Hello all!

A while back I purchased a 1976 Eleganza II and brought it back to
Seattle. When I bought it the blower for the in dash heater/AC was not
working. Actually nothing from dash controls seems to work.

In watching the emails go back and forth on this list for a bit, I read
about how the connections on one of the relays corrodes and causes the
connection to overheat. Well, that was the problem I found and yesterday
replaced the connector. I also found in cleaning the connections on the
relay that the connection going to the blower was corroded/rusted and
ended up grinding that back to bare metal on both sides of the contact.

After all that, I still have nothing working. I have ended up pulling
both the relay that had problems and the relay above which I think is
called a 'delay' relay. I am wondering if there is a good way to test
these relays before just replacing them.

Is there something else that I am missing? Yes, I know that I may still
have an issue with the blower motor being seized. I will have the RV at
my house this evening, so I will have more opportunity to work on the
blower and test a few more things. So I may have more info in a day or so.

Thanks for any of your thoughts.
