Given CW's pricing and service, it isn't a surprise. I think they made their money off first - time RVers who didn't do their homework. That pool of customers is now empty. If they're paying 'floor plan' interest on their stock it's no wonder they're going broke.
Gander doesn't do well vs Bass Pro Shops.

Wouldn't worry too much yet. They just declared a cash dividend, definitely something a company short on money wouldn't do, and my Bloomberg Terminal shows considerable insider buying of the stock. They were recently downgraded by a ratings agency, but as someone who works in finance, this doesn't look like an imminent bankruptcy to me. Not the healthiest company for sure, but I've also never been a fan of their business model. Regardless, I wouldn't panic if you own a Camping World issued liability (for example a warranty).
