On a 455, is the only pick-up point for the oil pressure sending unit the 1/8" threaded tap that appears to be on top of the water pump(?) ?

John, it is the only one that is drilled and tapped for pipe fittings. I
have modified the filter base with drilled and tapped holes when Rob wanted
us to check pressure drop from the filter bypass valve. There is not another
plug in any of the oil galleries that can be accessed.

John,
I have seen lot of other engines with various locations, but find our
location is easy to monitor as it is easily accessible and easy to see.
