Before going too far down the door recurving project be sure to read Jim Bounds recent blog postings. They apparently are findings the outrigger portion of the floor supports are collapsing downward causing the body to change shape. They are now adding angle supports under the floor to raise the outrigger portions back to the correct position thereby restoring the proper sidewalk shape.
If your floor is failing in that way, recurving the door may just be covering up the root cause. If the outrigger section continues to fall downward you could find yourself constantly recurving the door to match the ever changing side wall shape.
