Just got off of a 4 month 4917 mile trip. The only issue was when our house propane water heater refused to light for more than 15 seconds. Replaced a couple of sensors suggested by Jeff Sirim and problem went away. Left Wisconsin December 29th headed for Jacksonville FL. Where we stayed at our daughters home for several weeks. Took time to go to Sunshine Statesman rally in St Augustine for a really good time. Drove to Cocoa Beach Fl and stayed at another daughter home on the ocean and watched a Cape Canaveral launch. Joined the SS Statesman on a Cruise that took us to Havana Cuba (one of the things on our bucket list). Our son and his fiancé joined us on the cruise and what a great time we had. Took off for Southern Fl to visit my sister in Villages, nephews in St. Petersburg, and brother in Ft. Meyers. Stopped at Sirim's place in Okeechobee and visited with Paul and Nancy Doane. Visited and stayed at many of the Florida State Parks, then back to Jacksonville for another visit with grandkids. GMCMI rally in Tallahassee for two weeks. (we are on the setup team) for a great rally. Back over to the east coast where we visited state parks up thru Georgia with Jim and Robin Hadcock. Ended up at Johnny Bridges place where he and wife were nice enough to let us park our coach at their place near Atlanta while we fly to California for Son's wedding. Returned to Atlanta, and Johnny helped me replace a wheel bearing on our Honda Civic towed. Left for home and arrived just a couple of days ago. 4917 miles and burned only 1/2 qt of 0W40 Mobil one. Only other issue was, we pushed a lot of wind going down and back. Did not keep track of milage....don't even what to know. Other wise the GMC performed great, and had a great time. Every place we went...every park, many fuel stops, even at our daughters home, we were approached by people commenting about our coach, wanting to know what it was, or how old it was, or how neat it was. A GREAT TRIP.
