Yes, the sad news is true. We have received the news from many sources. It
is an extremely sad day in the GMC Community. He was a great man and
supporter of this community. We send out our condolences to his wife Romona

This is no joke. Alex and Romona originally wanted to attend the GMCMI
Convention in Tallahassee. He was hospitalized last week and was moved to
intensive care while Jeff was at the Convention. Jeff left early Wednesday
morning from the Convention to return home.

At moments like this, I always remember a tombstone I once saw with the
inscription, "From the necklace of life, the shining jewels slowly drop
away." Alex is the latest of the many jewels we've lost from the GMC
community.
