It's not a passenger pane, it's not a cargo plane.
What is it?
More like two planes glued together.

It is the first stage of a suborbital rocket. Want to buy a ticket for a
space flight?

It is the plane that Virgin Galactic uses to launch their sub-orbital spacecraft for taking tourists into the edge of space. Designed by Burt Rutan and the crew at Scaled Composites at the Mojave Airport in California.

It is a space rocket launching vehicle. It carries a rocket powered
spacecraft up to about 50,000 feet and launches it towards outer space. One
of Burt Rutan's inventions. All funded by private money. Lots of composites
used in the construction.
