All of us are only here with a temporary lease on life. The terms of the
lease are unknown to us. Cherish THIS DAY. Relish past sunsets like
friendships. We don't know how many of them exist in our future. Steve, if
you are out there, thanks again for helping me finish my retaining wall
years ago. It is holding up very well.

Doing fine. One stent, mid RCH. Doc said if I had to have a heart attack I had the best kind.. Minor damage to the heart muscle.

I am blessed . This could have been much worse. I'm basically back to normal.

Now I have to undergo the torture they call cardiac rehab. I guess that's the penalty they impose for having a heart attack.

I have two sayings that apply here

Today is the best day of the rest of my life.

And

Don't get excited if it isn't going to improve things.

Good news among the bad. But, do the rehab faithfully. You will never
regret doing it. I have another bout of it coming up after my recent
procedure to install a clip on my mitral valve. Should know more on the
20th when I go back for my final check up.
