My dining light doesn't currently work and has done this before and started working for an unknown reason and then stops again. My RV is plugged in and am using the power converter. When I turn on the dining light(light doesn't come on) the water pump switch lights up. The water pump switch light doesn't come on when the dining light actually works. Once shutting the RV door fixed this problem and once turning the power converter on and off has fixed this problem. This is a 26' 1977 Kingsley with side wet bath. Any Ideas of what might be causing this? Thanks

First thing I would try is use some contact cleaner on those switches.

Second would be to check the ground lead on the light. Looks like it's intermittent and thwe light grounds through the water pump switch light instead.
