Just thinking ahead as this is probably a next year item on my list, but
has anyone installed a tankless water heater? Was thinking about cutting
out an exterior access door where the current tank is and installing from
the outside.

In process: fuel line overhaul, electric pump, fuel selector switch,
control arm bushings, sway bar links.
Future: whatever the wife wants...I want it to run, she wants it pretty!
