I have never had a problem starting my 77 Royale w/ electric fuel pump.
Today w/ fully charged battery (the radio & headlights work) the engine
won't turn over to fire to start. It seems like there is a poor connection
somewhere, selonoid?, isolater? or gound??
Could this be something simple or complated? It has never done this before,
itun the key and flip the electric fuel pump switch and it would start
right up.

I would turn the balancer to check the engine is not seized up. If it
turns, then I'd check the starter. You may need a new one.

Make sure all your ground to the starter are tight and clean as well the
the connections to the relay.

There are several things that commonly cause this. We need to narrow it down to an area.
First, turn on the head lights and try to start it. Do the head lights dim when the key is turned to start?
Second, turn the headlight off and try to start it a few times. Do you hear the starter click each time you turn the key to the start position?
Third, turn the key to start and hold it there. Move the gear selector up and down slightly. Does anything change?
Based on your answers, we can direct you to an area like dirty / bad connection cables, bad solenoid, bad starter, bad neutral safety switch bad ignition switch, loose or broken wires, etc.
We just need more information before guessing on which way to send you.

First, try this simple trick. Tilt the steering wheel completely towards
the windshield. Try again to start the coach. If it starts, you have found
your problem. The start switch is out of adjustment or in need of
replacement. It is located on the base of the steering column, and has an
operating rod that extends down the colum from the key mechanism, which
also might be broken.
